These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription

1. Subscription Services Your subscription may include access to online classes, in-person sessions, wellness programs, trainings, events, and/or exclusive content depending on the package purchased. The scope of services will be described at the time of purchase. 2. Billing & Payment Subscription fees are charged on the schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually) you select at purchase. All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, all fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days before your renewal date. In the event Get TWISTED Yoga Co. cancels your subscription, unused portions of prepaid fees may be refunded at our discretion. 4. Rescheduling & Class Access Access to classes, recordings, or events is available only during your active subscription period. We reserve the right to change class schedules, instructors, or content at any time. 5. Health & Safety Disclaimer By participating in any Get TWISTED Yoga Co. program, you confirm that: You are in good physical and mental health or have clearance from your healthcare provider to participate. You understand our programs are not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy. You are responsible for listening to your body and participating at a level that is safe for you. 6. Intellectual Property All materials, videos, and resources provided through your subscription are the property of Get TWISTED Yoga Co. and are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, or distribute them without prior written consent. 7. Conduct We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. Any behavior deemed harmful, harassing, or disruptive may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund. 8. Changes to Terms Get TWISTED Yoga Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued subscription constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. 9.
