It’s about finding special moments that nourish all the layers of your being, without stress or pressure. Whether I’m teaching yoga, leading a safety training, or guiding a retreat, my goal is to create safe spaces where you can feel empowered, connected, and truly cared for. Because when you hold your own power, you can give your best to the world around you.
Yoga found me over 10 years ago when I was searching for something deeper. It wasn’t just about poses and breathwork — it became my superpower, a way to liberate myself from old patterns and step into my fullest self.
Years later, I blended my passion for mindful living with safety trainings like CPR, First Aid, and OSHA, because true wellness includes feeling safe and prepared in the workplace.
I’ve taught yoga in boardrooms, community centers, and on beaches — bringing wellness to workplaces, caregivers, practitioners, and anyone ready to get TWISTED in the best way possible.
I also founded the TwistED Academy to train yoga teachers and wellness leaders who want to make a real impact in their communities.
And lastly, I host wellness retreats and team leadership retreats designed to help individuals and teams recharge, realign, and thrive.
